Terms & Conditions – Secondhand Sourcing Service
1. Nature of Service
This is a personalized sourcing service. I research, curate, and present you with a digital lookbook of up to 12 secondhand/vintage item links based on your preferences, budget, and style. I do not purchase items on your behalf. All purchases are made directly between you (the client) and the third-party seller/platform.
2. Service Completion
The service is considered complete once the curated lookbook of links has been delivered to you. Because these are secondhand items, availability cannot be guaranteed. Should items sell out after the lookbook has been provided, this does not constitute non-delivery of the service. Even if items sell out, you will still have access to the exact names and details of the pieces, which you can use to continue your own search.
3. Service Fees
All sourcing fees are non-refundable, as they cover my time, expertise, and research. Payment for the sourcing service must be made in full before sourcing begins.
4. Condition of Items
All items are secondhand and sold as-is. While I aim to present listings that include accurate descriptions, photos, and disclosures of flaws, I am not responsible for the condition or longevity of items purchased from third-party sellers.
5. Returns & Exchanges
As I am not the seller of the items, I do not offer returns or exchanges. Any concerns about misrepresentation must be addressed directly with the third-party seller or platform where you choose to purchase the item.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Since I do not handle the purchase, I am not responsible for shipping, delivery times, customs charges, or any issues that arise during transit.
7. Authenticity
I use my best judgment and experience to recommend items that appear authentic; however, I cannot guarantee the authenticity of items sold by third-party sellers. Clients assume this risk when purchasing secondhand/vintage goods.
8. Liability
By using this service, you acknowledge that I am not liable for issues outside my control, including but not limited to: item availability, third-party seller conduct, shipping issues, customs delays, or dissatisfaction with the fit/condition of purchased items.

10. Questionnaires & Preferences
The client questionnaire is used as a guide to help me understand your style, budget, and preferences. While I make every effort to find items that align with your answers, I cannot guarantee that every request will be met exactly, due to the unique and limited nature of secondhand sourcing. My role is to use the questionnaire as a tool to curate the best possible selection of available items for you to shop from.
