Terms & Conditions – Second hand SHOP/BAG DROP

1. Condition of Items

All items are vintage or secondhand, which means signs of age or wear are to be expected. I do my

best to provide accurate descriptions and photos, and to disclose noticeable flaws. Colors may vary

from monitor to monitor, so I cannot guarantee exact color matching. All measurements are

approximate and may vary slightly. As these items are pre-owned, and in some cases decades old, I

cannot be responsible for age-related fragility, wear, or damage that occurs once the item is in your

care.

2. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. The only exception is if an item

has been significantly misrepresented (e.g. wrong item, undisclosed major damage). In such cases,

you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout. I accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal,

Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment.

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

We offer two shipping options within the United States:

Basic Shipping ($12): USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) with tracking and $100 insurance.

Fully Insured Shipping ($20): USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) with tracking and insurance coverage for the full purchase value.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to USPS.

We are not liable for postal delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in USPS care.

Customers must file claims directly with USPS. We will provide any necessary documentation to assist in this process.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.

5. Authenticity

I take care to source items in good faith and accurately describe them. Unless otherwise stated, items

are believed to be authentic, but as with all secondhand/vintage goods, absolute guarantees cannot be

provided.

6. Liability

All items are sold “as-is.” By purchasing, you acknowledge that I am not liable for issues outside my

control, including postal services, customs, or wear after purchase.
